Initially I was suppose to do it yesterday, but the lack of a regular raw egg meant that I had to push it to today and make it.

I think I could have used vegetable stock instead of chicken though, sth about its taste that didn't match pretty well, thankfully there's dried scallops =)
I think I overcooked the veg and it got soggy, but heck, I'm a sucker for soft stalks.Maybe I'll try sth else when I have the time...
