I on the other hand basically followed what my lecturer told me during my days in SHATEC
"Do what the French do, eat good food, die happy"
Anyway I did had some Soy base steamboat thingy at Sushi Tei w XinWei on Sunday. I have to admit it looked weird, like a really thick fish beehoon soup.
but hey, it wasn't really bad at all =) Although I still think I would have settled for a clear seafood broth instead.
While we're on the subject of food, if you really enjoy Thai food, you should check out the stuff they have at Golden Mile. They serve up authentic stuff, although I have to admit I can't really stand walking around the place cause the smell of the spices is just too...er...overwhelming.
I mean, what more can you get from a store that knows how to make good use of "brazil" leaves. *grin*
