I Like Shrimp

I've thought about it before and asked myself what's the one thing I love about seafood, and no doubt about it that I'm a big fan of prawns...or shrimps....or..yeah, u get the picture.
Lobsters? hm....I can't say for sure if I love it...and not because I don't, but I don't eat it all the time so I can't decide. I mean most of the time u get lobster, its either steamed or bbqed...or stir fried.

But because their expensive you don't try different styles of cooking with it to really say you really like it cause u may not enjoy it when it goes with some combination of stuff u've yet to try cause ppl generally dun cook lobsters that way.

On the other hand, I've tried a lot of shrimp...er...prawns...whichever.

BBQ
Stir Fried w Garlic
Deep Fried
Cold w cocktail sauce
Sushi
Boiled in soup
Drunken
Sauteed w chilli
Teppanyaki style

Wah the list goes on. As long it's shrimp, I'll eat it =)
I had this the other day with Xinwei at Ramen Ten and it was pretty good. I preferred the one at Ajisen though, but for $12 at ur local coffeeshop you can fry up a batch that tastes a lot better and has a lot more prawns as well.

If you're wondering why I bother blogging about this is really cause I'm daaaaaaamn bored at home right now and any form of typing, be it productive or not would be a lot more fun than doing nothing right about now. *gaaah*

Starbucks on Friday
I hung out with Xin Wei and Shi Chang on Friday evening down at Tanglin's Starbucks after our meal at Ramen Ten cause the night was still young and I didn't wanna go home so early.

XW's friend had gotten her a belated 21st birthday present and I thought it was damn sweet as well. Ha...I wonder how my 21st birthday went...oh wait...yeah. sigh.

Anyway when out, XW got herself a set of stickers which she started sticking of my laptop, handphone and Shi Chang's items as well.
My macbook pro officially has got nipple tape on both command keys...thanks ah. =\

School Blues

Remember that Karma post I did? Well the 3 ppl I was refering to were my 3 lecturers for this semester.

Classes have been extremely boring partly cause the subjects were dry and the teachers weren't making lessons fun either.

It can get really low morale when you come in to see that it's almost 9 and the class is still damn empty.
XW tried explaining to me once that professor Gerry Koh mentioned smthing about American schools laying off professors and we don't have good ones to send over due to cost reasons...so we're getting the lousy ones to come over instead...and for a degree costing $70,000 I think that's pretty unfair.

It's like watching a B grade movie with B grade actors on a TV channel that supposedly only shows blockbuster hits....wah damn sian.

Anyway just my 2 cents on things....I've officially made good use of an hour...now to find sth else to keep me occupied.
